About Our Canvas
What mesh counts do you carry?
We carry 13 mesh and 18 mesh mono needlepoint canvas, a 14 mesh cotton-polyester blend, pre-cut 18 mesh pieces, and selected authentic Zweigart® 18 count Royal Canvas.
What is the difference between 13 mesh and 18 mesh?
13 mesh has 13 holes per inch and suits bold designs, decorative pillows, and faster coverage. 18 mesh has 18 holes per inch and suits detailed painted canvas, ornaments, and fine stitching.
What thread types are compatible?
Thread choice depends on the design and desired coverage. Common choices include Persian or tapestry wool for 13 mesh and fine wool, silk, or stranded cotton for 18 mesh. Test coverage before beginning a large project.
Ordering & Sizing
What sizes are available?
Available sizes are listed on each product page. Pre-cut pieces are available for selected products, and custom cutting may be quoted for studio or wholesale orders.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard retail listings may be purchased from 1 item. Wholesale minimums vary by product, dimensions, and order value and are confirmed in a written quote.
Can I order a sample before buying in bulk?

Shipping
Where do orders ship from?
Physical orders ship from China with tracking. Digital pattern orders are delivered electronically and are not shipped.
How long does processing take?
Physical orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery estimates and shipping charges depend on the destination and are shown at checkout.
How are large canvas pieces packed?
Small and medium pre-cut pieces may be packed flat with protective boards. Larger pieces may be folded for standard shipping. If you require rolled shipping, contact us before ordering for availability and a shipping quote.
Wholesale & Studio Orders
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Visit our Wholesale page and request a quote with the mesh count, dimensions, quantity, and delivery location.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible unused physical products may be requested for return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Custom-cut and made-to-order items are generally not returnable unless defective, damaged, incorrect, or required by applicable law. Read the current Refund & Return Policy for details.

How do digital downloads work?
After successful payment, download access is provided through our digital delivery system. Save the PDF to your device and keep a backup copy.
What is included?
Each listing explains its included files. Digital pattern listings typically include a printable PDF, chart, DMC thread key, stitch information, and usage guidance.
Will I receive a physical item?
No. Digital pattern listings do not include physical canvas, thread, a printed chart, a kit, or a finished item.
Can digital products be refunded?
After download access has been provided, digital products are generally non-refundable. We will review defective or incorrect files, duplicate charges, and delivery problems. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
