Refund policy

Physical Products

We accept return requests for eligible physical products within 30 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where applicable.

To request a return, contact us through our Contact page and include your order number and the reason for the request. Do not send a return before receiving approval and return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-cut, personalized, made-to-order, or specially sourced items are generally not returnable unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or return rights are required by applicable law. Gift cards and items marked final sale are also non-returnable.

Damage, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect physical items promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with the order number and clear photographs so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically. Once download access has been provided, digital purchases are generally non-refundable because the files cannot be returned. We will review requests involving a defective or incorrect file, duplicate charge, or delivery problem and will provide a replacement, correction, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

After an approved physical return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where mandatory law provides a cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or remedy right, that law takes priority over this policy.
