Packing & shipping

The 12 × 12 in and 18 × 20 in sizes are protected in a waterproof sleeve with rigid boards and shipped flat. The Half Meter size is folded for standard shipping; contact us before ordering if you require a rolled-shipping quote. Physical orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted as business days. Carrier transit time begins after dispatch and is separate from processing time.
